Finalists at Prolific North’s Champions Awards 2023

Off the back of our fantastic award win at the Charity Film Awards in London earlier this year we have now been shortlisted for Prolific North’s Champions Awards 2023. 

The award showcases the best tech, digital and broadcasting companies across the North and we couldn’t be happier to be included in this year’s shortlist for ‘Production Company Of The Year’. 

Our Director of Production, Scott Bradley, had this to say, “This year some of the accolades we’re being nominated for and winning are way beyond what we had expected of ourselves for 2023. It’s amazing to see audiences and critics not just finding our work but also really enjoying what we make at Northern Heart. I know it’s a cliche but it feels like a dream come true.”   

Creative Director, Natasha Hawthornthwaite, can see why Northern Heart is finally starting to receive such mainstream positive attention, “When we first set up this company we wanted to tell stories in an authentic way and amplify the voices of people and communities who are often ignored. I feel wider audiences are now starting to get drawn into our style of storytelling and they appreciate our honest approach.”  

The Prolific North Champions Awards 2023 are set to take place on the 18th of May 2023 at The Point, Emirates Old Trafford.
